{Lovely Giveaway} Custom Garter from The Garter Girl

I'm excited for all of you brides today, because this giveaway is a doozy!  Our very own Lovely Vendor member, The Garter Girl, is giving away a custom garter valued up to $100!  In case you didn't know, I wore a Garter Girl garter as my something blue (well, one of my somethings blue) but I bought mine.  You can win one for free!  And even if you don't want to do a garter toss (I didn't do one) you still want to wear a garter.  You just aren't a bride without a garter!
